Who we are

Rose Atelier (“we”, “us”) is a creative content studio based in Morpeth, Northumberland. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact privacy@roseatelier.co.uk.

The information we collect

• Enquiries you send us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and message so we can respond. These are delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox.
• Anti-spam checks. Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you are human; Cloudflare may process technical data (such as your IP address) for this purpose.
• Aggregated analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service that reports visits in aggregate. It does not build a profile of you or track you across sites.
• Technical/security data. Our hosting (Google Firebase Hosting) and Cloudflare process standard request data (e.g. IP address, browser type) to serve and protect the site.

How and why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you and to keep reasonable records of our correspondence, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to and managing client enquiries. We use aggregated analytics and security data to operate, improve and protect the website.

Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell your data. We use trusted providers — Microsoft (email), Google/Firebase (hosting) and Cloudflare (security, anti-spam and analytics) — who process data on our behalf. Some may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, then delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To make a request, email privacy@roseatelier.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly.
